No. Lever is a coach for everyday habits — movement, sleep, stress, and food. We don't diagnose, prescribe, or treat conditions. If something looks medical, your coach will say so and point you to a real clinician.

No — an iPhone is enough. If you have a Watch or a third-party tracker that writes to Apple Health, the coach will use that data to make smarter calls.
