A few honest answers.

Is this a replacement for a doctor or therapist?

No. Lever is a coach for everyday habits — movement, sleep, stress, and food. We don't diagnose, prescribe, or treat conditions. If something looks medical, your coach will say so and point you to a real clinician.

Why three actions a day?

Because four feels like a checklist and ten is a part-time job. Three is enough to feel different in two weeks and small enough that a hard day doesn't break you.

Do I need an Apple Watch?

No — an iPhone is enough. If you have a Watch or a third-party tracker that writes to Apple Health, the coach will use that data to make smarter calls.

What happens if I miss a few days?

You don't lose your progress, you don't lose your streak history, and the coach doesn't lecture. We help you reset with a smaller plan and pick up where you left off.

Is my Apple Health data sent to an AI?

Your coach uses an LLM to write its messages, but it works from a summary on our servers — not raw HealthKit samples. Nothing about your health is used to train models.

How much does it cost?

Early access is free while we're in testing. We'll tell you well before that changes, and you'll always be able to export and leave.
